The next meeting of the Historic Hudson Hoosic Rivers Partnership is going to be held on June 25 at the Gateway Visitors Center, 30 Ferry St., Schuylerville, NY 12871. The regular board meeting will be held at 9am and be followed by the membership meeting at 10am.
The Membership Meeting will feature a public presentation by Drew Alberti of Flatley Read, Inc., who will be sharing information about the Battles of Saratoga Master Interpretive Plan. This project was undertaken by Saratoga County and the Saratoga County 250th Commission with funding support from the National Park Service’s American Battlefield Protection Program, to create a comprehensive plan for interpreting the NPS designated battlefields in Saratoga County. The work was undertaken by Flatley Read and AJA Architecture with an objective of utilizing 21st century technologies and presenting narratives from traditionally underrepresented voices for the delivery of narratives. Comments are welcome and the public is encouraged to attend.
